Prerequisites

1. Please provide images in either jpg or png format; mixed formats will not be accepted.
2. Ensure that all background images have a consistent orientation, either portrait or landscape, mixed orientation images produce unexpected results.
3. Make sure that all images are of the same dimensions.
4. Use as many close-up photos as possible for a good-looking mosaic.
5. Make sure that all background images are unique, duplicate images don't produce a good mosaic background.
6. Place all background images in a single folder; multiple folders will not be accepted.
7. The main photo should be of high resolution and clarity; please keep it in a separate folder.
8. Use a close-up face image only for the main image; full or half-body views may not produce clear results in the mosaic.

Please note that failing to adhere to these details may result in order delays or cancellations.

Mentioned delivery time / production time doesnot include designing time. The design work for this job might take 4 to 5 days after which the production time will start.

Technical Limitation:
Kindly make sure the quality of your main photo is good.
Please ensure that the background photos are supplied in the same orientation and dimensions to achieve a satisfactory display. Neglecting this may result in cropped and improper visuals within the photo collage.
This quality needs to be checked from your end only as we don't have any inbuilt services / software to check each photo.
The visuals of the background photos depend on the shades of the main photo and are not in our control (however our designers will show you a mockup before printing).
The photo quality can not be improvised from our end and it will be printed as is.
Kindly avoid placing an order if you disagree with any of the above limitations, This products is not covered under free-reprint or post-production refund options.

Please be aware that the appearance of the background photos can be influenced by the colors and shades in the main image. These effects are intentional and necessary for creating the mosaic design; they should not be considered defects. However, our designers will provide you with a digital preview of the mosaic image before printing.
