Attention: Engraving Caution and Risk

Please be advised that engraving may result in occasional light spots, typically ranging from 2% to 5% of the total area. This occurrence is attributed to variations in material strength and is beyond our direct control. We urge you to consider this factor carefully before placing your order.

For your reference, we have provided an example photo below illustrating this phenomenon. If such imperfections are deemed unacceptable, we recommend exploring alternative branding options such as UV printing or UV frosting.

Kindly note that any post-production complaints regarding refunds or reprints related to this inherent characteristic of the engraving process cannot be accommodated.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
