What does PrintOnline.ae print?▼

PrintOnline.ae is a UAE printing and promotional merchandise company established in 2015, with over 1,000 customizable products priced in AED. We print corporate stationery (business cards, letterheads, envelopes, invoice and voucher books, custom stamps), branding and promotional giveaways, apparel and drinkware, crystal and wooden awards and trophies, large format printing, acrylic and home signage, home decor and personalized gifts.

Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?▼

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE using professional courier companies, and also to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, priced at checkout. UAE delivery is charged by the weight of your order and shown in your cart before you pay, starting at AED 29 for orders up to 10 kg. Deliveries are made within the courier city limits; if your address falls outside those limits the courier will hold the shipment at its office for collection. See our Shipping Policy.

How long will my order take?▼

Each product page shows its own production timeline, and courier delivery adds one to two further working days once the item leaves production. Production begins only after you approve your artwork or mockup, so the clock starts at your approval rather than at checkout.

Do you offer urgent or next-day printing in Dubai?▼

Selected products are available for next-day delivery and are listed together in our Next Day Delivery category. Turnaround depends on the product and on how quickly you approve your artwork. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific day unless we have confirmed it with you in writing before you order, so if your order is tied to an event date please tell us before placing it.

Do I see a proof before you print?▼

Yes. We show you a proof or mockup and production starts only once you approve it. Please check that proof carefully, including spelling and layout: we can correct artwork before printing, but corrections are not free once the print run is finished.

What artwork file should I send?▼

We recommend vector files for the highest quality. If you are not sure which of your files is best, send every version you have and our designers will pick the strongest one. Free design support is included, so you do not need finished print-ready artwork to place an order. More detail is on our full FAQ page.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?▼

Yes. Collection from our Sharjah production facility is free of charge; please arrange collection with us before travelling. We recommend collection for large format products in particular, as they may not reach emirates other than Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman on time or in suitable packaging.

Can I return a printed order?▼

Because every item is produced to your own specification, printed orders are not returnable. Where an item is faulty or does not match the artwork you approved, we reprint it: we collect the affected goods from you free of charge and deliver the replacement free of charge, with no delivery cost for the reprint.
