Engraving: The engraving sometimes leaves blank spots of 2 to 5% area due to the varied material strength, which is out of our control, kindly avoid placing the order if this is not acceptable to you.

For your reference, we have provided an example photo below illustrating this phenomenon. If such imperfections are deemed unacceptable, we recommend exploring alternative branding options such as printing. The real engraving is marked below (light color) the darker grey color visible in the photo is simply the powder dust of engraving which gets scleaned off during first wash or you can also use a slightly wet napkin to rub it off.
