What Is a 3D Acrylic Cut-Out Sign?
A 3D acrylic cut-out sign is made by precision-cutting acrylic sheets into individual letters, logos or custom shapes. Each element is supplied as a separate cut-out piece and can be mounted directly onto a wall, reception area, entrance door or other suitable surface. The raised acrylic construction creates a visible edge and shadow that gives the sign a three-dimensional appearance. PrintOnline produces custom acrylic cut-out letters and shapes from 3 mm to 10 mm thickness, with the available size and colour selected during ordering.

Artwork Restrictions
Very small letters, extremely thin strokes and unsupported delicate shapes may not be suitable for individual acrylic cutting. Where required, a connecting border or backing shape should be added to keep delicate elements structurally supported.

Our signs are crafted using high-quality direct color acrylic. In cases where the desired acrylic color is unavailable, we utilize white / black / clear acrylic or any color acrylic which suits your artwork onto which multicolor printed vinyl stickers are applied. Before giving your approval, we recommend discussing any preferences or further details with our designers. They'll be happy to assist you in making any necessary changes or providing additional information to ensure your satisfaction. Acrylic may contain slight smell, due to laser cutting upon delivery, smell fades off in few days. Standard Adhesive is provided and may not be suitable for all wall types, please use silicon or alternate glue depending on wall type. Please book a proffesional installation if you're not experienced in stencil installation as this may ruin the product if not installed properly.

Installation Options
Self-installation: The acrylic letters are supplied with a positioning stencil/template to help you place the individual pieces correctly on the wall.
Professional installation: Installation can be selected where available. The current installation service is available in Dubai and Sharjah, at AED 500 per site visit.
Important: Delivery is available more broadly across the UAE, but professional installation is currently a separate service with its own service-area limitations.
How to Order Custom Acrylic Cut-Out Signs from PrintOnline
1. Choose the acrylic thickness
Select 3 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm, depending on the required visual depth and sign size.
2. Select the acrylic colour
Choose the available acrylic colour that matches your logo or branding. For multicolour artwork, a suitable acrylic base with printed vinyl may be used.
3. Select your sign size
Choose the required size from the available options. Very small letters and unsupported delicate shapes may not be suitable for individual cutting.
4. Select installation
Choose self-installation or the available professional installation option.
5. Select production time
Choose the required production speed. The current product offers 5 working days standard production or 2 working days express production. Production starts only after artwork approval.
6. Select your delivery location and method
Enter your UAE delivery location and choose the available delivery mode. Remote locations may require additional time.
7. Upload your artwork
Upload your company logo or finished artwork using the Design File field. Include any positioning, colour or installation instructions in the comments field.
8. Artwork & mock-up approval
PrintOnline prepares the print file/mock-up where required. Production starts after artwork approval, not when the order is initially placed.
9. Production
Once the artwork is approved, the acrylic is cut and prepared according to the selected thickness, colour, size and installation requirements.
10. Delivery or installation
Your finished sign is delivered to the selected UAE location. If professional installation was selected and the address is within the installation service area, the installation team completes the installation separately.
