 How to Order Custom Notebooks from PrintOnline ?

1. Choose your notebook and quantity

Select the notebook colour and the quantity you require. This product currently supports quantities from 1 to 1,000 notebooks, with bulk pricing available.

2. Select your branding option

Choose the available printing/branding method for your notebook. This model supports UV printing, screen printing and embroidery, with the preferred print position at the front bottom centre. The standard price includes one spot print up to 40 cm².

3. Select your production time

Choose your required production option. The current product offers 5 working days standard production or 2 working days express production. The production period starts after artwork/mock-up approval, not when the order is placed.

4. Enter your delivery location

Select your delivery location and delivery mode. PrintOnline currently lists delivery for Dubai and the UAE, with additional time potentially required for remote locations.

5. Upload your company logo or artwork

Upload your logo/design using the Design File upload field. You can also add instructions or requirements in the Comment field. If you do not have print-ready artwork, design support is available as an add-on.

6. Review the delivery date

Use the Delivery Date Calculator after selecting your product options, production time and delivery method. PrintOnline states that the calculation includes time for preparing the print file and mock-up approval.

7. Approve the artwork/mock-up

Your production timeline starts after the artwork has been approved. For urgent orders, PrintOnline specifically advises obtaining pre-approval because artwork that is not ready or is not approved within 24 hours can affect the estimated delivery date.

8. Add to cart and checkout

Once your notebook specifications, artwork and delivery requirements are confirmed, click Add to Cart or use Upload & Checkout to proceed with your order.

9. Production and delivery

After artwork approval, your notebooks move into production according to the selected production option. The completed order is then shipped to the selected UAE delivery location.
