Thin Shapes or Fonts are not possible for embroidery but may be possible in Thermal Press Print Technology if covered in a rectangular or round shape.

Print Location: Head front, Side, or Back

Max Print area:9x5cm on the Head front, 7x2cms on the side or at the back

Ideal Graphics for embroidery: Any Icon or Logo, or Thick Text up to 7 Characters on the front (for embroidery), A Website address on the side/back, Thin Shapes and Lines can't be embroidered properly, you may avoid submitting orders for such requirements. Raised Embroidery height is approx 1 to 4mm depending on the artwork size and the details. Please use a minimum of 5mm thick-lined text with rounded corners for getting good results for the embroidery.

Ideal Graphics for Thermal Press Print: Any Logo, Any Photo, or Thick Font Text, any Quote, Name, or Website address on the side/back

Caps with the net are not possible to print on the side/back, but only possible to patch with embroidery due to the holes in the net.
