Caps used : Hi Quality Nufit Cap worth AED 21.5 each or Normal Brush Cotton Cap.
Max printable area on caps is 9cm w and 5 cm h.
Please use Thicker fonts for nice 3D effects, Thinner areas will not print clear.
Font lines should be minimum 5mm thick (the thicker the better).
Please use fonts with thicker and round edges for better finishing, Check the product images for better understanding.
You can submit up to 4-5 Characters for the Embroidery.
3D Impression is up to 3mm height.
Only 3 colors are available for Embroidery : Black, White and Red.
Technical Limiations
Embroidery threads need to be protected with care
Thin lines and fonts won't appear in 3D
