Bi-Fold Brochures

A bi-fold brochure is folded once to create four panels. It is suitable for company introductions, service presentations, product information and corporate marketing.

 Tri-Fold Brochures

A tri-fold brochure is folded twice to create six panels. It is suitable for service menus, product information, promotional campaigns, events and exhibitions.

 Z-Fold Brochures

A Z-fold brochure uses alternating folds to create a compact accordion-style format. It is suitable for step-by-step information, service explanations, maps and promotional content.

 Gate-Fold Brochures

A gate-fold brochure uses panels that fold inward toward the centre. It is suitable for premium marketing material and presentation-focused campaigns.

 Multi-Page/Magzine Brochures & Booklets

Brochure Printing Specifications

Size

A4, A5 and DL brochure sizes are available. Custom sizes can be produced on request.

Printing

Full-colour CMYK printing is available for professional business, marketing and promotional brochures.

Paper

Standard brochure production uses 150 GSM paper for non-laminated brochures and 200 GSM paper for laminated brochures.

Finishing

Available finishing includes folding and lamination according to the selected brochure specification.

Binding

Multi-page brochures are produced using saddle-stitch binding with staple pins.

Quantity

Online orders are available from 50 copies up to 1,000 copies. For quantities above 1,000, contact PrintOnline for a bulk quotation.

Artwork

Upload a print-ready PDF with the correct page size, bleed and margins. PrintOnline can provide optional design/artwork support if required.

Technical Limitations :

Exact Standard sizes will be trimmed by 3mm from all the sizes.

Exact Color matching is not possible - only CMYK Codes are printable, please avoid placing order if the requirement is such specific.

RGB and Pantone color codes will be converted in CMYK before printing and hence might not give the expected / imagined results (please consult your designers)

Please note that once this product is ordered, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, rejected, or reprinted by the vendor.

Mostly Shades of mixed colors for example Grey, Orange, Purple or any such colors which are made of mixed CMYK technology might not appear as imagined.

All the other technical limitation of offset/digital print technology will be applicable.

Designing Limitation :

Creative designs are not included with free design support.
Please provide your own design or clear instructions drawn on a paper.
Our desingers will work on the instructions, data/image given by you.
Images you provide must be high resolution - sharp, bright and clear as our designers might not be able to improvise your images.

Get Your Artwork Print-Ready for the Best Results :

To achieve the best possible print results, please ensure your artwork is prepared according to the following guidelines. These recommendations are based on standard offset printing practices and help avoid common issues that may affect print quality.

1. Work With a Professional Designer
We highly recommend having your artwork created or reviewed by an experienced print-design professional. Offset printing involves technical requirements that differ from digital displays, and a professional will ensure your design meets those standards.

2. Background Colors
Avoid using mixed-color or multi-layered dark backgrounds. These may result in muddy or unclear prints. For sharper, cleaner results, use only one solid background color—Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, or 100% Black.

3. Text and Graphics
All text should be vector-based, not rasterized or image-based, to ensure maximum clarity. Rasterized (bitmap) text or low-resolution images may appear pixelated or blurry when printed.

4. Image Resolution
Ensure all images in your artwork are at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at actual print size. Lower resolutions can result in blurred or grainy prints.

5. Color Mode
Set your artwork to CMYK color mode, not RGB. CMYK is the standard color mode used in offset printing, and using RGB may cause color shifts or unexpected results.

6. Bleed and Safe Area
Include at least 3mm of bleed on all sides of your design. Keep important text and graphics at least 5mm away from the trim edge to prevent accidental cropping.

7. Fonts and Layers
Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them, and flatten any layers before final submission to avoid compatibility issues.

8. One design per item / order Please note that each item in your cart corresponds to a single design. For example, if you order 100 flyers, all 100 will be printed with the exact same artwork. We cannot split a single order's quantity across multiple designs (e.g., 50 of one design and 50 of another). If you need different designs, please add each one as a separate item to your cart.

9. File Format
Preferred file formats are PDF, AI, or EPS with print-ready settings. Avoid sending files in Word, PowerPoint, or low-resolution JPEG formats.
