Q) Is the Lanyard available in any other thickness? A) We have only 1 ready thickness available on our website, 25mm, for special request contact customer care
Q) Can I request a variable color/data printing on my lanyards? A) It may be possible, kindly consult a sales rep before ordering for such requirements
Q) How is the delivery made, like Packing? A) They are delivered without any special packaging, mostly in a small box or big box if ordered in bulk.
Q) Can you match the exact color, I want? A) Sorry, screen printing has some limitations, colors can't be matched 100% as per custom requirements
Q) How perfect the print will be, What if I want the outcome with 100% perfection? A) Apologies, as this product is made manually, hence it is difficult to produce error-free results, kindly avoid placing the order if you have any precise and very high expectation, as all our product comes under a no-refund, no-reprint policy.
Q) Is there a way I can see one lanyard before you print all the quantity? A) We always provide you with a digital mockup, however in concern for the first printed pc, it's very difficult to do that, however for big bulk qty we try our best to do this.
Q) Will all lanyards in an order look the same? A) No, since these products are printed manually, deviation of 1-2mm in terms of alignment to text/color thickness may increase in a few lanyards due to the nature of the material. 100% perfection is not guaranteed as it's manual printing, however we try our best to make it as close to perfect as possible despite the limitations provided.

What we need from you
A one or two colour logo as vector PDF/AI/EPS for screen print, or a full-colour file for sublimation, which is white lanyards only.
The lanyard colour from the twelve stocked colours.
What this product is not for
Orders requiring exact brand-colour matching or millimetre-perfect alignment. Screen printing here is manual, with a stated 1–2 mm alignment deviation and no 100% colour match.
Anyone expecting an ID card or badge holder in the box. This product is the lanyard, metal hook and breakaway clip only.
