Branded Power Banks for Exhibitions, Conferences and Trade Shows in Dubai
I have no documented PrintOnline event order to cite, so this article contains no customer story, and it promises no delivery date.
When a power bank suits an event giveaway
It suits visitors who will keep and use the item: conference delegates, VIP guests, and buyers you want to remember you. It is less suited to mass handouts at a tight per-piece budget. For a compact giveaway at volume the 166 g mini power bank is the practical choice, at AED 28.72 each for a hundred; for a smaller number of named guests consider the 5000mAh mini power bank (from AED 61) for a more useful one.
Low-quantity gifts vs bulk giveaways
Every current model has a minimum order of one piece and a maximum of 500, so the quantity is entirely yours to choose. Use small runs for VIP gifts and larger runs with screen print for visitors. Quantity tiers and prices for most models were not visible.
Prepare your logo
Send a vector logo and keep it simple. The mini power bank is branded over up to 50% of its face, which on a 90 x 63 mm body is generous by promotional standards, but tiny text still disappears at this scale. See how to print your logo on a power bank.
Event-order checklist
- Quantity, with a margin for staff and spares.
- Model and colour.
- Artwork, simplified for the print area.
- Approval: who signs off the proof, and by when.
- Stock: ask whether your model and quantity are in stock.
- Production time and delivery method.
- Delivery address, contact and date needed.
Estimate the order deadline
Take the date goods must be on your stand. Subtract delivery transit, then production time, then 1 working day for file preparation and proof approval, then your own approval time. PrintOnline pages say "Ensure to check the delivery date before you pay!" and include a delivery date calculator on related products. Production time for power banks was not visible, so get it confirmed for your exact model and quantity.
