How to Print Your Company Logo on a Power Bank

By Sonam S. May 29, 2026 10 Views No comments

Not every method is available on every model.

Prepare the logo

Use a vector file (PDF, AI or EPS) in one or two flat colours; if you only have a raster file, use a high-resolution one. PrintOnline's power bank pages did not state accepted formats; confirm them.

The methods and where they apply

  • Screen print: listed among the branding methods for the Dorniel portfolio, alongside laser marking and debossing.
  • UV print: listed for that model, minimum 1, sold as a separate linked product.
  • Laser engraving: listed for that model, minimum 1, with a light-up effect. The 10000 mAh wireless power bank lists "engraving" in its keywords.
  • Mini 5000 mAh: its page says "company logo" but names no method; ask which applies.

Casing material

Engraving removes a surface layer so it suits metal and some coated bodies; printing suits smooth plastic. The casing material was not stated for these models, so ask before choosing a method.

Logo size, placement and colour

On the mini power bank the branding covers up to 50% of the available area, so you are working with roughly half of a 90 x 63 mm face. That is a usable canvas, but it is still a small object: drop taglines, thicken thin strokes, and choose a colour that contrasts with the black or white casing.

Real examples

I do not have a verified proof or photograph of a finished power bank to show, so none is included.

Artwork approval and production start

PrintOnline's terms say it produces each item "to the proof you approve". Production starts after approval, as on other PrintOnline products; confirm for power banks.
