How Much Does Custom T-Shirt Printing Cost in Dubai?
These are PrintOnline's own figures from the bulk T-shirt page, not market estimates. Your total is made of two separate charges: the garment, priced per shirt, and the print, charged once per order. Understanding that split is most of what you need to budget accurately.

The minimum order is 10 shirts and the maximum on this page is 500, with around 26 tiers in between so you can order close to your real number. Note how little the garment price moves: from 10 shirts to 500, a round neck only falls from AED 16.00 to AED 12.48. The garment is not where your volume saving comes from.
Print cost: charged per order, not per shirt
This is the figure most people misread. The print charge is per order, so it is divided across however many shirts you buy. The table below is the charge for a small 10 x 10cm print on side 1:

Three and four-colour screen printing are also offered, priced at roughly three and four times the one-colour figure.
The thing this table tells you
Screen printing behaves almost like a flat setup fee. It costs AED 130 for ten shirts and only AED 484 for five hundred, a fourfold increase for fifty times the shirts. Per shirt that is AED 13.00 at ten and 97 fils at five hundred.
Thermal press and embroidery behave the opposite way: they scale almost in line with quantity, because each shirt is handled individually. At 500 shirts, embroidery works out at AED 7.94 per shirt and thermal at AED 14.04, against 97 fils for one-colour screen.
So the rule for a large run is simple. Simplify the artwork to one or two flat colours and screen print it, and the decoration becomes almost free per shirt. Insist on a photographic design or embroidery at 500 pieces and the print can cost more than the shirt.
A worked example
100 round neck shirts with a one-colour chest logo:

The same 100 shirts with embroidery instead would be AED 2,543, or AED 25.43 each.
Number of print sides
Side 2 is priced separately and is a larger area: up to A4, 21 x 29.7cm, against 10 x 10cm on side 1. Screen printing costs the same on both sides, but thermal and embroidery cost more on the bigger area: at 10 shirts, thermal is AED 180 on side 1 and AED 300 on side 2; embroidery AED 190 against AED 290.
Garment type
Polo costs about AED 7 to AED 9 more per shirt than round neck across the tiers shown. See round neck vs polo.
Production speed
Standard production is 5 working days. Rush production cuts it to 3 working days for a surcharge that scales with the order, starting at AED 24 for ten shirts. On the small quantity page the options are 5 working days, 2 working days from AED 15, or 1 working day from AED 30.
