How to Order Custom T-Shirts Online in the UAE
Start on the bulk T-shirt printing page for 10 shirts or more, or the small quantity T-shirt page for anything from one to ten.
Do one thing before you start: collect your size breakdown. The form requires the sizes to add up exactly to your total, so having the list ready turns a frustrating order into a two-minute one.
1. Select shirt
Choose round neck or polo. There is also a non-printed sample option if you want to check the garment before committing to a run. See round neck vs polo.
2. Choose quantity
The bulk page runs from 10 to 500 shirts across about 26 tiers, so you can usually order close to your real number instead of rounding up. Below ten, the small quantity page starts at a single shirt. Prices are in T-shirt printing cost in Dubai.
3. Select colour
Twelve colours are available: white, black, yellow, deep yellow, orange, red, green, dark green, cyan, blue, purple and pink. Pick the shirt colour before you finalise artwork, because a one-colour print has to sit on that shade and read clearly.
4. Enter your size breakdown
All shirts are unisex, running XS to XXXL for adults, plus kids sizes 20 to 40. Enter the quantities per size, for example S-5, M-10, L-15, XL-10, and they must total your order quantity exactly.
Use the size chart on the product page rather than the size people usually buy. PrintOnline notes measurements can vary by around two inches either way because garments come from manufacturers, so for a bulk order the safest method is to measure a shirt that already fits and match it to the chart.
5. Choose print location
Side 1 takes a small 10 x 10cm print; side 2 takes up to A4 (21 x 29.7cm). You can order one side or both, and they are priced separately.
6. Upload artwork
Upload a vector file if you have one, and choose your print method: screen, thermal or embroidery. See screen vs thermal vs embroidery.
7. Choose production
Standard production is 5 working days, or 3 working days rush from AED 24. On the small quantity page you can also get 2 working days or 1 working day. PrintOnline allows one working day on top to prepare the print file and get your mockup approval, and production starts only once you approve.
8. Select delivery
Choose your location (Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman city limits, or other Emirates, which covers Abu Dhabi), then courier, 1 to 2 days after production and included, or a special driver within 6 working hours (AED 50) or 10 working hours (AED 150). Remote areas need longer.
9. Approve artwork
Review the mockup carefully; production starts after approval.
10. Receive your order
Check quantities and sizes on arrival.
Extras that help
- A delivery date calculator on the product page, which accounts for artwork preparation as well as production.
- A booking option with an AED 20 deposit, if you need to hold a slot before your artwork is ready.
- A free design consultation through a QR code on the page.
- A non-printed sample shirt, so you can check fit and fabric before ordering for a whole team.
- On the small quantity page only, a different print on each shirt option, for named or numbered shirts.
After they arrive
Pass on the care advice with the shirts: hand wash in cold water, and avoid brushing the printed area. Whether a printed uniform still looks right in six months is mostly decided by how it is washed.
