How to Order a Custom Social Media Frame in Dubai
This is a detailed walk-through of PrintOnline's actual ordering process for a custom social media frame, using real pricing, sizing, and production figures rather than a generic step list.
Step 1: Choose the frame size
PrintOnline offers two sizes: 61x91cm (24x36in) starting from AED 125, and 91x130cm (36x53in) starting from AED 370. See the full size guide if you're unsure which fits your event.
Step 2: Choose your design
Decide what your frame needs to communicate: a logo, Instagram handle, hashtag, event name, date, or campaign message, and whether you want an Instagram-styled look or a fully custom brand design. See Instagram frame vs selfie frame for the terminology breakdown.
Step 3: Prepare your logo/event artwork
Have your logo or key artwork ready in the highest quality file you have, ideally vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF) for a crisp result, along with the exact text you want included (names, dates, hashtags).
Step 4: Upload the artwork
Submit your artwork and content directly through the Custom Social Media Frames product page.
Step 5: Or use design support, or a template
If you don't have print-ready artwork, there are two other routes, and they cost different amounts:
- Free design support. Use the same upload step to send your logo, images and text instead of a finished file, and PrintOnline's team will lay the frame out from what you send. This is the normal route for most orders.
- Custom design service, from AED 40. If you want a design built properly rather than assembled from supplied assets, the paid design service starts at AED 40 and includes up to 4 revisions.
There is also a Design It option on the product page that opens an online template editor, so you can build the layout yourself from a pre-made template without any design software.
Step 6: Approve the artwork
Production begins only after you approve the artwork. This matters for your schedule: the production timeline is counted from approval, not from the moment you pay, so every day spent going back and forth on the design is a day added to your delivery date. If you have ordered the paid design service, up to 4 revisions are included.
Step 7: Production
Standard production dispatches in 4 working days. Urgent production dispatches in 24 hours for a surcharge that depends on both size and quantity:

Step 8: Delivery
Pick your delivery location (Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman city limits, or other Emirates, which covers Abu Dhabi), then your delivery mode:
- Courier, 1 to 2 days after production, included
- Special driver, within 6 working hours of production finishing, AED 50
- Special driver, within 10 working hours of production finishing, AED 150

Because the board is 5 mm foam board, the frames are an indoor product by nature. They hold up fine at a covered outdoor photo spot, but they are not weatherproof signage, so plan a sheltered location if your event is outdoors.
