Online ordering
The order process is entirely online: upload your photo on the product page, choose quantity and production speed, approve the emailed mockup showing crop and eye-hole placement, then choose your delivery method. No in-person visit is required at any stage.
Delivery
Once production is complete, delivery runs by courier (1-2 additional days) or by special driver (6-10 hours, AED 50-150) across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates. The special driver option gives a genuine same-day route for last-minute party planning, though transit time to Abu Dhabi or further-out addresses should be built in on top of the quoted driver window.
Production
Standard production is 5 working days from photo and proof approval, identical regardless of delivery destination. This is the production window before any delivery transit time is added.
Express option
An urgent 3-day production option and a 24-hour rush option are both available for an additional fee, useful when a party is happening sooner than standard production allows. Combine either with special driver delivery for the fastest possible turnaround from order to arrival.

City-specific ordering
There's no separate ordering process per emirate; every order goes through the same product page and delivery calculator regardless of destination. The only practical difference between Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah orders is the courier or special driver transit time added on top of production, which the delivery date calculator on the product page accounts for based on your delivery address.
Actual delivery process
After you approve your photo mockup, production begins and runs for your chosen speed tier. Once complete, your order is handed to either the standard courier network (1-2 days) or a dedicated special driver (6-10 hours, for an additional fee), who delivers directly to your address in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or elsewhere in the UAE.
