Choose text

Keep it short: names, a date, or a short phrase. Long text forces small letters, especially on narrow ribbon, and a wedding date set too small simply will not read. See choosing the right width.

Choose colours

Ribbon colour is selected by code from a Color Options Catalog; print colours are one or two. Choose strong contrast between text and ribbon.

On shade matching, the page is direct: the material and printed colour may vary from screen previews, and an exact match needs written confirmation of feasibility before you order. If the ribbon has to sit against a specific palette, order the AED 20 non-printed sample first and hold it against your other materials. For a wedding, that one step is worth the week it costs.

Check the artwork

Read every name, date and spelling on the mockup, and have someone else read it too. Production starts only after approval, so nothing moves until you are satisfied. Checklist: artwork preparation.

Plan delivery around the event date

Normal production is 5 working days, plus courier 1 to 2 days, plus one working day for mockup approval: call it eight working days from order to doorstep, and the calculator skips Sundays and public holidays on top. Urgent production in 2 to 3 working days is available at extra cost.

Count back from the event and add your own assembly time, which for favours is usually the part people underestimate. Check the calculated date before you pay. A AED 20 booking fee can reserve a slot if your artwork is not ready yet.
