Round Company Stamp: The Classic Company Seal for Dubai and the UAE
A round company stamp is what most people picture when they hear "company seal". The company name curves around the outer ring, usually English on the top arc and Arabic on the bottom arc, and the centre carries the logo, the trade licence number, the emirate name or simply "Dubai, UAE". It is the shape banks, courts and government departments are most used to seeing beside a signature.
Sizes
- 30 mm: compact seal for short company names; fits neatly on cheques and small forms.
- 38 mm: the standard UAE company seal size, with room for a bilingual name and a centre element.
- 40 mm and above: long company names, a logo, and licence or TRN number together.
The printed impression is about 2 mm smaller than the stamp body, so a long name on a 30 mm stamp will be tight.
When to choose round over rectangular
Choose round when the stamp is mainly a seal of authenticity on contracts, bank documents, NOCs and letters. Choose a rectangular company stamp when you need several lines of contact details on invoices and delivery notes. Many companies own one of each.
