Company Stamp Requirements in the UAE: Documents, Rules and Restrictions

A company stamp carries the legal identity of a licensed business, so UAE stamp makers apply strict rules before producing one. Meeting them up front is the difference between a stamp that ships in three days and an order that stalls on a missing document. Here is what is required to order a company stamp in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or anywhere in the UAE.

Documents you must provide

Valid UAE trade licence copy. Mandatory for every company name stamp. Mainland (DED, ADDED, SEDD) and all free zone licences are accepted. An expired licence is not.

Emirates ID of the person ordering. May be requested to confirm the order is placed by or for the licensed company.

Logo file in vector or PDF format if a logo is to appear on the stamp. Screenshots and low-resolution JPGs do not engrave cleanly.

Text rules

The company name must match the trade licence exactly. Abbreviations, trading names not on the licence, or altered spellings cannot be produced.

Arabic and English are both allowed on one stamp; the Arabic name should follow the licence.

Licence number, TRN, phone, email, website and address are optional additions. Keep the total to what fits legibly on the chosen size; the impression is up to 2 mm smaller than the stamp body.

For two-colour stamps, coloured elements need a 2 mm gap, and the smallest solid colour block is 7 x 7 mm.

Stamps that cannot be produced

To prevent misuse, PrintOnline does not make stamps for government departments, schools, colleges, banks or financial institutions, does not make stamps for companies registered outside the UAE, and does not produce fake, duplicate or altered-name stamps. Raised embossing seals for notaries and institutions are a separate product with their own authority requirements; see company stamp vs embossing seal.

Is a company stamp legally required?

No UAE federal law lists a stamp as a condition of incorporation, but banks, ministries, free zone authorities, Ejari and most business partners require stamped documents, so every operating company ends up needing one. The complete company stamp guide covers this in detail.

Ready to order?

Once your licence copy and text are ready, follow the step-by-step ordering guide or go straight to the company stamp offer page. Stamps are produced in 3 working days (1 day express) and delivered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE (see the emirate-by-emirate guide). Choosing between a self-inking stamp and other options is covered in its own guide.

How to Order a UAE Company Stamp Online in 7 Steps

Ordering a company stamp online in the UAE takes about five minutes if you have your trade licence copy ready. Here is exactly what happens on the PrintOnline company stamp page, from choosing a size to receiving the stamp in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah.

Before you start

A clear copy of your valid UAE trade licence (PDF or image).

Your logo as a vector or PDF file, if you want it on the stamp.

The exact text: company name in English and Arabic, licence number, TRN, phone, email, address.

Step 1: choose the stamp model

Pick round, oval, square or rectangular and a size. A 38 mm round is the usual company seal; a 55 x 20 mm rectangle suits full contact details. Not sure? Compare the round and rectangular guides.

Step 2: choose ink colour

Blue is included. Black, red, green, sky blue or deep yellow add AED 25.

Step 3: enter your text and upload files

Type each line as you want it printed and upload the trade licence and logo. The name must match the licence exactly; see the requirements guide.

Step 4: choose production speed

Standard 3 working days, or express 1 working day for AED 15. Production time starts from proof approval, not from checkout.

Step 5: choose delivery

Courier (1 to 2 days after production, included within city limits), a 6-hour special driver for AED 50, or a 10-hour driver for AED 150 in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Add a digital copy of the artwork for AED 15 if you also stamp PDFs.

Step 6: pay and approve the proof

Pay online in AED. A designer prepares a digital proof; check spelling, Arabic text and licence number, then approve it. Approving within 24 hours keeps your delivery date on schedule.

Step 7: receive your stamp

Your self-inking company stamp arrives in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or any emirate ready to use. Track the order online or message WhatsApp +971 52 383 1019 with questions.

Start your order at printonline.ae/stamp-offer.html. For background on shapes, self-inking mechanisms, Arabic text and pricing, read the complete company stamp guide for Dubai and the UAE.

Company Profile Printing in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah

A company profile is often the first physical thing a client, a tender panel or a bank holds in their hands before they ever see your office. It gets used for real estate portfolios, tender submissions, investor packs, exhibition stands, and simply having something credible to leave behind after a meeting. Getting it printed properly, and on time, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah matters more than most print jobs a business will order.

Why a printed company profile still matters

A PDF gets lost in an inbox. A printed profile sits on a desk, gets handed to a colleague, and stays in a folder after the meeting ends. In relationship-driven markets like real estate, construction and government-facing sectors across the UAE, a physical company profile signals that a business is established and takes the meeting seriously. It remains one of the most requested pieces of corporate print collateral for exactly this reason.

Who needs one

Real estate companies presenting a portfolio of developments or listings, where a printed profile with project photography carries more weight in a client meeting than a screen.

Companies going into tenders or vendor onboarding, where certifications, project history and client references are exactly what a profile is built to show.

Businesses attending exhibitions and events, where a profile is left behind after a stand conversation ends. See brochure printing for exhibitions and trade shows.

Any growing business that needs one document that answers "tell me about your company" without a slide deck.

Booklet vs folded brochure

A company profile can be built two ways, and the choice depends on how much you need to say.

Folded brochure (bi-fold or tri-fold): works for a shorter profile, five or six of the sections covered in what to include in a company profile brochure. It is a single sheet, cheaper per piece, and available on PrintOnline's standard tri-fold brochure product in A4, 150 GSM, with matte or gloss lamination from 500 copies.

Booklet or magazine-style profile: multiple stitched or bound pages, used when the fuller version of a profile, projects, certifications, team, full client list, needs more room than a single folded sheet allows. This format sits under PrintOnline's magazine and booklet printing line. Page count, binding and paper specification for this format should be confirmed directly on the product page or by messaging WhatsApp +971 52 383 1019, since booklet pricing is quoted by page count and quantity together rather than as a single fixed table.

A4 vs A5

A4 is the standard size for a company profile that will be read at a desk or handed across a meeting table; it gives photography and text room to breathe. A5 works as a lighter, more portable version, better suited to being slipped into a folder or bag at an exhibition than sat with during a formal meeting. Most corporate profiles in the UAE are A4.

Binding

A folded brochure needs no binding at all, just a clean tri-fold or bi-fold crease. A multi-page booklet is typically saddle-stitched (stapled through the spine) for shorter page counts, or perfect bound (glued flat spine, like a paperback) for longer ones. Saddle stitching is faster and cheaper; perfect binding looks more premium and suits a profile running to 40 or more pages.

Paper

PrintOnline's standard brochure stock is 150 GSM art paper, which folds cleanly and holds photography and colour well, confirmed on the live tri-fold brochure product. For a booklet cover, heavier stock than the inside pages is common practice industry-wide to give the document a sturdier front and back. Confirm exact cover and inside-page GSM for the booklet format directly before finalising a large order; see the honest breakdown in 170 GSM vs 200 GSM vs 250 GSM.

Delivery across the UAE

PrintOnline delivers by courier to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman city limits and to the other emirates including Abu Dhabi, arriving 1 to 2 days after production and included in the price. Where a same-day delivery is needed within Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman, a special driver delivers within 6 hours for AED 50 or within 10 hours for AED 150. For a tender or event with a fixed deadline, confirm your delivery date on the product page's delivery calculator before paying, and build in a buffer day, since production only starts once artwork is approved.

Why print with PrintOnline

PrintOnline has operated as an online printing company in Dubai for close to a decade, printing across the full range of corporate collateral, from business cards and brochures to signage and exhibition materials, for businesses across all three emirates. Every order goes through an artwork proof before production, so nothing goes to press until the client has approved exactly what will be printed.

Ordering process

Choose the format: folded brochure for a shorter profile, or booklet for a fuller one.

Choose size (A4 or A5), paper, and lamination or finish.

Upload print-ready artwork, or use the free design support included on standard layouts.

Check the delivery date calculator before paying, so your deadline is confirmed up front.

Approve the digital proof. Production begins only after approval.

Receive delivery in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or any other emirate.

Order your company profile printing from PrintOnline. For a booklet-format quote, message WhatsApp +971 52 383 1019 with your page count and quantity.

Rollup Banner Printing Dubai: Sizes, Prices and What to Check Before You Order

Looking to order a roll-up banner in Dubai? See our Rollup Banners for current sizes, prices, delivery options and ordering.

There is a reason the rollup has outlasted almost every other piece of exhibition kit. It goes up in twenty seconds with no tools, no wall and no power, and when the event ends it rolls back into its own base and travels in a bag you carry on one shoulder. For a Dubai business running trade shows, a mall activation or a reception refresh, it is still the cheapest way to put a metre-wide branded message in front of people.

The differences that matter, though, are rarely the ones in the product photo. Here is what to check before you order.

What you are actually buying

A rollup also called a roll-up, pull-up or retractable banner is two things sold as one unit: a printed graphic panel and an aluminium cassette base with a spring-loaded roller inside. You pull the graphic up by hand and a support pole clips into the back to hold it. Let go and the spring draws it back into the housing.

That housing is the underrated part. A foam board or stretched fabric banner deteriorates from the day it leaves the studio. A rollup spends most of its life rolled up in the dark, which is why a well-treated one still looks presentable after three or four years.

Sizes: 85 x 200 cm or 120 x 200 cm

85 x 200 cm is the workhorse, printed on 200 gsm banner media. It fits a standard shell scheme panel, sits beside a reception desk without dominating, and passes through a normal doorway assembled. Default to this unless you have a reason not to.

120 x 200 cm uses a 200 gsm thin synthetic media and gives roughly 40% more visual area. It earns its place when the banner has to compete an open hall or a mall atrium, read from eight metres rather than two. The trade-off is a heavier base and more floor space in a cramped booth.

Both stand 200 cm tall. Worth knowing when you plan the layout: the bottom 15 to 20 cm sits at ankle height where nobody reads it, and the cassette covers the very bottom edge.

How the pricing works

Rollup banner printing Dubai pricing has real volume breaks, steep enough to change how you order.

One 85 x 200 cm rollup with stand starts at AED 135. Two are AED 260, five AED 650, ten AED 1,260 about AED 126 each. At fifty units the total is AED 5,500, or AED 110 each. That is a 19% saving per banner between one and fifty.

The implication: if you have four events this year, ordering four in one batch beats ordering one four times. And if two can carry an evergreen message rather than event-specific dates, the saving compounds.

Turnaround, and the clock to watch

Standard production is five working days. Urgent two-day production starts at AED 50, next-working-day at AED 75, with the surcharge scaling by quantity.

Here is what catches people out: production starts when your artwork is approved, not when you place the order. Upload on Sunday, get a proof back needing a change, respond Tuesday, and you have lost two days off the front. Shipping is a further one to two days on top.

So for an event on the 20th on standard production, work backwards: two days shipping, five days production, one day for file prep and proofing, plus a buffer for amendments. Your real order-by date is around the 10th, not the 15th. Fridays and public holidays are not working days.

There is also a delivery choice. Courier arrives one to two days after production. A special driver delivers within six working hours for AED 50, or ten hours for AED 150 worth it when the banner must be standing the next morning. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman city limits are covered as standard; other emirates are a separate option and remote areas need extra transit time.

Getting the artwork right

Most disappointing rollups are artwork problems, not printing problems.

Build at final size, supply at 150 dpi at 100% scale. At normal viewing distance that is indistinguishable from 300 dpi and keeps the file manageable. Convert to CMYK before export, and expect a slight shift from what your monitor showed screens emit light, ink reflects it. If an exact brand colour is critical, ask for a printed sample before a bulk run.

Keep everything important in the top two-thirds. Logo and headline at eye level, 120 to 180 cm from the floor. Nothing you need read below 40 cm. Request the current template so you know exactly how much of the bottom edge the cassette covers.

Use one message. A rollup gets read in about three seconds by someone walking past. One headline, one supporting line, one call to action, one logo. Filling the space with your full service list is the commonest reason a banner underperforms.

No designer? A Canva template gallery is linked from the product page for browser-based customisation, and paid design support is available as an add-on from AED 50.

Handling: read this before your first event

The spring mechanism is the part that fails, and it fails the same way every time. Never let the banner snap back on its own guide it down with one hand. A graphic retracting at full spring speed can crease at the leading edge or damage the roller, and mechanism damage from handling is not covered under guarantee.

Check the mechanism when delivery arrives, before you sign: pull it up and lower it once, fully. Post-delivery mechanism complaints are not accepted, precisely because the fault is usually handling rather than manufacture.

Where rollups earn their money

Exhibitions are the obvious use. Less obvious and often higher return: reception areas, where one banner works every day for a year rather than three days a quarter. Also launches, conference stages, wayfinding at multi-room events, recruitment days and retail walkways where you cannot drill anything. Note this product is specified for indoor display confirm the specification before ordering for an open-air event.

Frequently asked questions

1. How much does rollup banner printing in Dubai cost?

One 85 x 200 cm rollup with stand starts at AED 135. Volume reduces the unit price: ten units are AED 1,260 total, and fifty units work out around AED 110 each.

2. What is the standard rollup banner size?

85 x 200 cm on 200 gsm banner media. A 120 x 200 cm option on thin synthetic media suits spaces where the banner is read from further away.

3. Is the stand included?

Yes. The price covers the printed graphic, the aluminium cassette stand and the support pole as one unit, supplied in a carry bag.

4. How long does production take?

Five working days after artwork approval, plus one to two days delivery. Urgent options are two working days from AED 50 or next working day from AED 75. Fridays and public holidays excluded.

5. What file format should I supply?

A print-ready PDF at final size, 150 dpi at 100% scale, CMYK, fonts embedded or outlined.

6. Can I use it outdoors?

This product is specified for indoor use. Outdoor use brings wind and UV considerations, so confirm the right specification first.

7. Can I print different artwork on each banner?

Yes, select the variable data option at checkout instead of common data.

8. How long will it last?

Handled properly, several years. Because the graphic retracts into its housing between uses it stays protected from dust, light and scuffing.

Ready to order? See the full options at printonline.ae/roll-up.html, or send your artwork on WhatsApp to +971 52 383 1019 and the team will confirm your delivery date.

Company Stamp vs Embossing Seal: What Is the Difference and Which Should You Buy?

Both are called "company seal" in everyday UAE business language, which causes confusion at ordering time. A company stamp prints ink; an embossing seal presses a raised, ink-free impression into the paper. They serve different purposes, cost very different amounts, and most businesses need the stamp long before they need the embosser.

Company stamp (ink)

What it does: prints your company name, Arabic and English, licence number, TRN, contact details and logo in blue or another ink colour.

Where it is used: bank forms, cheques, tenancy contracts, government and free zone applications, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, letters. This is the stamp banks and PROs ask for.

Visibility: shows clearly on scans, photocopies and photographs, which is why it is the accepted standard for documents that get emailed or uploaded to portals.

Cost and speed: from AED 25 to AED 55 for a self-inking company stamp, AED 140 to AED 185 for branded models; 3 working days production or 1 day express.

Requirement: a valid UAE trade licence copy. See company stamp requirements.

Embossing seal (raised, no ink)

What it does: squeezes the paper between two metal dies to leave a raised design you can feel. There is no ink, colour or gradient.

Where it is used: share certificates, board resolutions, notarised documents, diplomas, awards, legal opinions and premium stationery where a tactile mark of authenticity is wanted. Companies, law firms, schools, institutions and courts use them.

Visibility: nearly invisible on scans and photocopies. That is the point (it proves an original), but it also means an embossed document still needs an ink stamp or signature for most day-to-day submissions.

Cost and speed: from AED 275 for a block embossing seal with a 38 mm or 40 mm die in pocket or desk form, and from AED 300 for a heavy-duty embosser machine; standard production is 5 working days, with urgent 2 to 3 day options.

Requirement: the relevant authority's documents and permissions must be available on request.

Which one do you need?

If you are a new Dubai or UAE company, buy the ink company stamp first; it is the one required for banking, licensing and daily paperwork. Add an embossing seal when you issue share certificates, notarised board resolutions or certificates and want a raised mark that cannot be photocopied. Larger firms usually own both, plus a rectangular address stamp and a TRN stamp for invoices.

Best Personalized Gift Ideas in Dubai: A Complete Gifting Guide

Buying a gift is easy. Buying a good one is the part people put off. Most of us end up grabbing whatever's near the checkout counter, and honestly, it shows. If you want to give something that doesn't feel like an afterthought, without spending your whole weekend shopping for it, personalizing something the person already uses is usually the easiest win.

We print a lot of custom gifts here in Dubai, and after doing this for a while, you start to notice which ones people actually hang on to versus which ones end up in a drawer. Here's what we'd genuinely recommend, not just a list of everything we sell.

Gifts People Actually Use

If you're not sure what to get, go with something they'll touch every day. A personalized mug sounds like a cliché gift, and maybe it is, but it works because people drink coffee or tea every single morning. Print a photo on it, and it stops being "just a mug."

Same logic applies to photo prints. A phone is full of pictures nobody ever looks at again. Pull one out, print it, frame it or stick it in an album, and suddenly it's something real instead of a file buried in a camera roll. This is consistently the gift we hear the most feedback on — people keep them.

Something for Their Phone, Since it's Never out of Their Hand Anyway

A custom phone case is one of those gifts that's a little more personal than it sounds. It's the one accessory people see and touch dozens of times a day, so putting a photo, a name, or an inside joke on it means the gift keeps showing up long after the wrapping paper's gone.

For Parties, Keep it Light

Not every gift needs to be sentimental. If you're planning a birthday, a bachelorette, or a kids' party, personalized temporary tattoos are a fun, low-cost option guests can wear the same day. We've also had people go for smaller add-ons like a printed lighter or a fridge magnet as little extras to round out a bigger gift — nothing fancy, just something that makes the whole thing feel a bit more put-together.

If you're Shopping for Valentine's Day

Skip the teddy bear. A photo canvas from a trip you took together, or a mug with a photo neither of you remember taking, tends to land better than flowers that'll be dead in a week. It doesn't have to be expensive to feel thoughtful — it just has to be specific to the two of you.

Ordering More Than One at a Time

If you're buying for a team, a client list, or an event, bundling a few items together — say, a mug, a phone case, and a magnet — makes for a gift set that feels a lot more considered than it actually is to put together. We handle bulk and corporate orders regularly, so if that's what you need, get in touch through our website and we'll sort out pricing based on quantity.

How Ordering Actually Works

Nothing complicated here. Pick the product, upload your photo or design, and we take care of the printing. Most orders are ready within a few business days, so even a slightly last-minute gift is doable — you just don't want to leave it to the morning of.

A few Questions People Usually ask

1. What's the best personalized gift to buy in Dubai?

If you want something safe, go with a mug or a photo print — they're the two we get the most positive feedback on. For a party, temporary tattoos are an easy, inexpensive option that people genuinely enjoy.

2. How fast can I get something printed?

Most items, mugs and photo prints included, are ready in a few business days. It's not instant, but it's fast enough that you don't need weeks of lead time.

3. Can I order in bulk for work or an event?

Yes. We do corporate and bulk orders regularly, usually as gift sets combining a couple of items like a mug and a phone case. Reach out and we'll work out pricing based on how many you need.

4. What should I get for Valentine's Day?

Something with an actual photo tends to beat anything generic. A canvas or a mug with a picture from a trip or a random moment together usually means more than flowers.

5. Can I mix different products into one gift set?

Definitely — combining a mug, a phone case, and a smaller item like a magnet is one of the more popular combinations, for personal gifts and corporate ones alike.

6. Do you deliver outside Dubai?

Yes, we deliver across the UAE, not just Dubai.

Last thing

You don't need to overthink this. Pick one thing the person will actually use, put something personal on it, and you're most of the way to a good gift already. If you want to see the full range of what we print, our homepage has everything laid out.

Rectangular Company Stamp: Full Contact Details on One Impression

A rectangular company stamp is the working stamp of a UAE office. Where a round seal carries the name and little else, a rectangle holds three to six straight lines: company name in English and Arabic, address, telephone, email, website and TRN. It sits neatly in the signature block of a quotation, invoice, purchase order or delivery note and answers "who issued this and how do I contact them" in one press.

Common sizes

39 x 22 mm: name plus two contact lines.

45 x 15 mm: slim two-line stamp for name and licence or TRN number.

55 x 20 mm and 65 x 23 mm: name, address, phone and TRN.

Large rectangles (up to 70 x 36 mm and beyond): full letterhead-style detail in six lines.

Allow for the impression being up to 2 mm smaller than the machine, and keep text at a readable size rather than squeezing every detail onto a small body.

Rectangular vs round

Choose rectangular for invoices, delivery notes and anything where contact details matter. Choose a round company stamp for contracts and bank forms where a formal seal is expected. A popular pairing is a 38 mm round seal plus a 55 x 20 mm rectangular address stamp.

Price and ordering

Self-inking rectangular company stamps start from AED 38, with branded Shiny and Colop rectangles from AED 140 (45 x 15 mm) to AED 185 (50 x 30 mm).
Round Company Stamp: The Classic Company Seal for Dubai and the UAE

A round company stamp is what most people picture when they hear "company seal". The company name curves around the outer ring, usually English on the top arc and Arabic on the bottom arc, and the centre carries the logo, the trade licence number, the emirate name or simply "Dubai, UAE". It is the shape banks, courts and government departments are most used to seeing beside a signature.

Sizes

30 mm: compact seal for short company names; fits neatly on cheques and small forms.

38 mm: the standard UAE company seal size, with room for a bilingual name and a centre element.

40 mm and above: long company names, a logo, and licence or TRN number together.

The printed impression is about 2 mm smaller than the stamp body, so a long name on a 30 mm stamp will be tight.

When to choose round over rectangular

Choose round when the stamp is mainly a seal of authenticity on contracts, bank documents, NOCs and letters. Choose a rectangular company stamp when you need several lines of contact details on invoices and delivery notes. Many companies own one of each.

Price and ordering

Self-inking round company stamps start from AED 30, with a 37 x 37 mm branded Colop or Shiny model at AED 175 and a range of self-inking round stamps from AED 100. A valid trade licence is required. Order a round company stamp online for delivery in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE, and see the complete company stamp guide for everything else.

Brochure Printing for Exhibitions and Trade Shows in Dubai

An exhibition stand runs on a fixed date that does not move. Everything you print for it has to land before the show opens, which makes exhibition printing a scheduling problem as much as a design one. Here is how to plan the print collateral for a Dubai trade show without a last-minute scramble.

Exhibition handouts

The tri-fold brochure is the standard exhibition handout because it holds a complete pitch, not just a headline, and survives being one of a dozen brochures a visitor picks up on a stand. See the bi-fold vs tri-fold comparison if you are deciding between formats, or the full brochure printing guide for size, paper and finish decisions.

Company profiles

For a stand where credibility matters as much as the pitch, a fuller company profile, covering your history, certifications, projects and clients, gives a visitor something worth keeping rather than binning. What to include is covered in what to include in a company profile brochure, and the commercial and multi-city detail is in company profile printing in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Product sheets

Where a full brochure is too much for a single product, a one-page product sheet with specifications, one strong image and a QR code to more detail is faster to produce and cheaper to print at volume, since it avoids the fold and lamination steps a brochure needs.

Service brochures

Service businesses often need a brochure that separates each service into its own panel with a clear benefit statement, which is exactly what the six panels of a tri-fold format are built for. Keep each panel to one service and one message; a panel trying to cover two services usually communicates neither clearly.

QR codes

A QR code linking to a portfolio, a booking page, or a WhatsApp contact turns a printed handout into a live connection that survives after the show, when a business card or brochure alone would just sit in a bag. Place it prominently near the contact panel and test that it scans correctly before the file goes to print, since a broken QR code on 1,000 printed pieces cannot be fixed after production.

Paper selection

For anything handled repeatedly on a stand over several days, matte or gloss lamination is worth the extra cost: it resists the wear of being picked up, folded into a bag and handled by dozens of visitors far better than unlaminated stock. Matte reads better under bright exhibition hall lighting; gloss makes product photography punchier. Both are available on PrintOnline's tri-fold brochure from 500 copies at AED 65 to AED 160 depending on quantity. The full paper weight discussion is in 170 GSM vs 200 GSM vs 250 GSM.

Quantity planning

Estimate footfall, not attendee list size: most exhibitions see a fraction of registered attendees actually stop at any one stand, and brochures are taken by a fraction of those. Running out mid-show looks worse than having some left over, so round up rather than down. Because per-piece cost falls sharply between 250 and 1,000 copies (see the brochure pricing guide), ordering a slightly larger quantity than your estimate often costs very little extra and removes the running-out risk entirely.

Delivery deadlines

Work backward from the show's opening day. PrintOnline's standard production is 3 to 5 working days from artwork approval, plus 1 to 2 days courier delivery, or a same-day special driver for AED 50 to AED 150 if the timeline is tight. Build in your own time to prepare and approve artwork before the production clock even starts, and never plan for materials to arrive the morning the show opens; build in at least one buffer day for a stand build, unexpected changes, or a courier delay.

The rest of the stand

Brochures rarely travel alone. A complete exhibition print order typically includes a roll-up banner for the stand itself, business cards for the team working it, and standalone flyers for a lighter, cheaper handout alongside the main brochure. Ordering all of it together, on one delivery schedule, is the simplest way to avoid one item arriving late while everything else is ready.

Self-Inking Company Stamp: The Right Choice for Daily Office Use in the UAE

Ask any stamp maker in Dubai what most companies buy and the answer is a self-inking company stamp. It is the stamp you see on bank counters, at typing centres, in clinics and in every accounts department, and there are good reasons for that.

How a self-inking stamp works

A self-inking stamp has the ink pad built into the body. The rubber plate with your company name rests against the pad; when you press down, the plate flips over, prints on the paper, and flips back onto the pad as you release. There is no separate ink pad to keep on the desk, no smudged fingers, and every impression is evenly inked. A good model gives thousands of clean impressions, and the pad can be re-inked or replaced when it fades, so the stamp stays in service for 2 to 5 years.

Self-inking vs traditional rubber stamp

Speed: self-inking wins for anyone stamping more than a few documents a day.

Cleanliness: the pad is enclosed, so no ink on desks, sleeves or documents.

Consistency: every impression has the same ink density, which matters on bank and government forms.

Colour flexibility: traditional stamps can switch colours by changing pads; a self-inking stamp is normally one colour, though two-colour pads are possible when the design elements are at least 2 mm apart.

Size: very large formats and decorative stamps still suit a wooden-handle stamp with a separate pad.

Not to be confused with an embosser: a raised, ink-free seal is a different product; see company stamp vs embossing seal.

Sizes, shapes and brands

Self-inking company stamps come in round, oval, square and rectangular bodies. Popular company stamp sizes are 30 mm and 38 mm round for a corporate seal, and 39 x 22 mm, 45 x 15 mm, 55 x 20 mm and 65 x 23 mm rectangles for full contact details. Remember the printed impression is up to 2 mm smaller than the machine size. PrintOnline supplies Shiny, Colop and Brother mechanisms; Brother units are available in blue only. Compare shapes in the round company stamp and rectangular company stamp guides.

Ink colours

Blue is the default and is included in the price. Black, red, green, sky blue and deep yellow are available for AED 25 extra. Blue remains the most common colour for UAE company stamps because it stands out clearly from black printed text and photocopies, making an original stamped document easy to distinguish from a copy.

Prices

Self-inking company stamps on the PrintOnline stamp offer page start from AED 25 for a mobile number stamp and AED 30 for a signature stamp. A standard self-inking company stamp is AED 38 to AED 55 depending on size, and branded Shiny and Colop models range from AED 140 (45 x 15 mm) to AED 185 (50 x 30 mm). For very heavy use there is also a heavy-duty self-inking office stamp from AED 150.

What you need to order

A valid UAE trade licence copy is mandatory for any company name stamp, plus your logo as a vector or PDF if you want one. The requirements guide lists everything, and the ordering guide shows the steps. Production takes 3 working days, or 1 working day express, and delivery is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE.
