Ordering Custom Caps for Events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah

Event caps fail because of dates, not design. This guide uses PrintOnline's caps page, which names Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. I do not promise same-day or next-day arrival; only the production team can confirm that for an exact option, quantity and address.

Plan backwards from the event date

Start with the date caps must be in your hands, subtract delivery transit, subtract production, then subtract the time you need to approve artwork. Add a buffer for corrections.

Production, artwork approval and transit are different

Artwork approval: the calculator allows 1 working day for preparing the print file and mockup approvals. Delays occur if artwork is not approved promptly.
Production: standard is 6 working days; urgent is 3 working days from AED 20. The calculator offers 1 working day to 7 weeks. Use the option that matches what you ordered, and ask.
Delivery transit: courier, 1 to 2 days after production and included, or a special driver within 6 working hours (AED 50) or 10 working hours (AED 150).

Choose quantity and decoration method

The page has a 1-piece minimum and lists quantity options up to 500. Decide the method early: printing vs embroidery. Cost: cap printing cost.

Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah

The product title names "Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah", and delivery is by courier or special driver, with PDF lists of no-service and remote or infrequent-service areas. The cap page does not publish separate timings for each emirate, and there is no cap-specific shipping arrangement for Abu Dhabi versus Dubai or Sharjah. The delivery selector offers Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman city limits, and other emirates as city limits only; caps follow the same pattern. Enter your actual address in the calculator, and for Abu Dhabi, check the date before paying.

Use the delivery calculator

Enter the order date, production time and delivery mode, then press "Find My Delivery Date". Sundays and public holidays are excluded (it lists 2 December 2026). Dates can change if artwork is not approved in time, for stock or technical issues, and for remote or changed addresses. Run it with each delivery mode and compare.

What to send for an urgent order

Event date and the exact date caps must arrive.
Quantity, cap type and colour.
Method (print, embroidery or 3D embroidery) and number of spots.
Final artwork, ideally vector.
Delivery address and a contact who will receive them.

Get confirmation for fixed deadlines

An online estimate is not a promise. If the cap must arrive by a fixed time, ask the team to confirm the date in writing for your exact option, quantity and address. A AED 20 booking fee can reserve an order while you finalise artwork.
