Ordering Personalized Corporate Awards in the UAE

Browse the crystal awards category, pick a model, then follow this checklist. The order of operations matters more than it looks: almost every award order that goes wrong goes wrong on the name list or the date.

Single awards vs bulk orders

There is no bulk minimum: you can order a single award. The blue and transparent crystal award publishes tiers from 1 to 10, from AED 150 for one small award down to AED 102 each at ten.

Be aware that the volume discount on awards is shallow, around a third between one and ten, nothing like the curve on printed goods. Budget near the single-unit price and order the exact number you need rather than rounding up for a saving that is not really there. For more than ten, ask for a quote.

Variable recipient names

Different names on each award is a standard option, not a special order. On the blue and transparent award, select "Variable Data (Different Names)", which costs AED 15 per award. Ten different names therefore adds AED 150.

A dedicated model also exists for this: star top with wooden box, variable data (from AED 310.00). Prepare your list with one name per line, as in employee recognition awards, and lock it before ordering.

Artwork approval

Proofs, including Arabic text, are provided before cutting. Check every spelling, then approve in writing. Production does not begin until you do, so the clock is yours to start. See artwork preparation.

Design assistance

Presentation boxes

Several models include a box: wooden, mahogany or black, and the blue and transparent award includes a presentation box as standard. Decide on boxes before ordering, because they affect price, packed size and how the award is handed over.

Quantity planning

Order the exact number of winners, plus one or two spares for a misspelling or a late addition. A spare at AED 102 to AED 210 is far cheaper than a 48-hour rush reorder plus special-driver delivery, and it removes the worst kind of pressure from proof-checking.

Production schedules

Standard production is 5 working days; the urgent option dispatches in 48 hours for a surcharge running from AED 25 on a single award to AED 400 on a larger batch. Production starts after artwork approval, not at payment, and the delivery calculator allows for artwork preparation as well.

Delivery across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi

Choose your location (Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman city limits, or other Emirates, which covers Abu Dhabi), then the mode: courier, 1 to 2 days after production and included, or a special driver within 6 working hours (AED 50) or 10 working hours (AED 150). For a ceremony with a fixed start time, the special driver is worth the AED 50. Check the calculated delivery date before you pay.

Avoiding last-minute mistakes

• Lock the name list and award titles two weeks before you need the approval.
• Have two people proofread the mockup.
• Confirm the delivery date before paying.
• Ask about the box, dimensions and engraving method up front.
• Leave a buffer between delivery and the ceremony.
