Company Stamp Abu Dhabi: Order Online with Delivery Across the Capital
Abu Dhabi companies need a company stamp for the same reasons Dubai companies do: bank account opening, tenancy contracts, government and free zone applications, and every quotation and invoice that leaves the office. The difference is convenience. Stamp makers are fewer and further apart in Abu Dhabi than in Deira or Bur Dubai, which is why most businesses in the capital now order their company stamp online and have it couriered.
Which Abu Dhabi licences are accepted?
Any valid UAE trade licence is accepted, including Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) mainland licences, ADGM, KIZAD, Masdar City, twofour54 and Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone licences. Upload a clear copy when ordering. The company name on the stamp must match the licence exactly, in English and, if you want a bilingual stamp, in Arabic. See the full list of company stamp requirements in the UAE.
Stamp options and prices
Prices are the same as in Dubai: from AED 25 for a simple mobile number stamp, AED 38 to AED 55 for a standard self-inking company stamp, and AED 140 to AED 185 for branded Shiny and Colop models. Almost every Abu Dhabi order is a self-inking company stamp. Choose a round seal for contracts and bank forms or a rectangular stamp with address, phone and TRN for invoices. Blue ink is included; black, red, green and other colours add AED 25. All options are on the company stamp offer page.
Delivery to Abu Dhabi
Stamps are produced in Sharjah in 3 working days (or 1 working day express for AED 15) after you approve the digital proof, then shipped by courier to Abu Dhabi city and its serviceable surrounding areas within 1 to 2 days. Courier delivery within city limits is included in the price. Delivery to Al Ain and remote areas may take an extra day, so Abu Dhabi customers who are in a hurry should choose express production and approve the proof the same day.
How to order
Open the PrintOnline company stamp page, pick a size, type your English and Arabic text, upload your licence and logo, choose the ink colour and production speed, and pay online. A designer sends a proof, you approve it, and the stamp is on its way to Abu Dhabi. The ordering guide covers every step, and the complete UAE company stamp guide answers everything else. Companies with branches in other emirates can check the Sharjah page and the emirate-by-emirate UAE guide.
