Personalized Mug Printing in Sharjah: Photo Mug Ordering and Delivery Guide
Sharjah has an advantage no other emirate does on this product: the mugs are printed here. That means the shortest delivery chain, a same-day driver option, and free collection from the facility if you would rather pick the order up yourself.
Sharjah delivery
Courier delivery reaches Sharjah city limits within 1 to 2 days after production. A special driver can deliver within 6 hours of production for AED 50, or within 10 hours for AED 150. Free collection from the Sharjah facility is available, which is the fastest route on an urgent order. Addresses outside city limits may take longer.
Photo upload
Upload your photo on the mug product page when ordering. Use the original file, not a version forwarded through a messaging app, and aim for roughly 2360 x 1110 pixels or more so the image holds up across the print area. 11 oz ceramic mug
Cylindrical 11 oz ceramic, approximately 9.5 cm tall and 7.5 cm in diameter. Plain white from AED 25, magic mug from AED 30, black with a white printable panel from AED 25, frosted from AED 30. A non-printed sample white mug is AED 5 if you want to see the size first.
94 x 200 mm printable area
Artwork is prepared at 94 x 200 mm with a mandatory 3 to 5 mm clear margin top and bottom. Printing covers the outer cylindrical body only, stopping about one inch clear of each side of the handle. No printing inside the mug, on the base, on the handle, or edge to edge.
CMYK sublimation
Four-colour sublimation bonds the ink into the mug's coating under heat. Durable, but no Pantone matching, no metallic or gold, and no white ink, so white in a design shows the mug body. The sublimation explainer covers why.
Proofing
A mockup is sent for approval and production starts only after you approve it, so approve within 24 hours to protect your delivery date. On quantity orders, ask in the comments box for one printed sample to be photographed on WhatsApp before the rest of the run is produced. Mugs are made manually under a no-refund, no-reprint policy, which makes this worth doing.
Quantity orders
Pricing is tiered on the total: plain white mugs are AED 150 for 10, AED 475 for 50, AED 790 for 100 and AED 3,250 for 500. Order the full quantity in one run, because sublimation colour shifts between batches and a later top-up will not reliably match. Delivery calculation
The product page calculates your delivery date before payment, allowing one working day for print file preparation and approval on top of production, which is 5 working days standard or 3 or 2 working days urgent. Dates can move if artwork is not print-ready, approval is late, the cart mixes urgent and standard items, or the address is remote. Check the date before you pay.
